Ingredients

  • 1 c ground beef
  • 2 cans spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 1 bell pepper - chopped
  • 1/4 c garlic - chopped
  • 1/4 c parsley
  • 1/4 c basil
  • 1/4 c oregano
  • 1/8 c olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 or 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

Method

  • Simmer 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • Dunk Frankfurters or use on other meats.
