- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. American cheese (10 slices)
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
Method
- Mix all ingredients and put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Top with crushed corn flakes or chips or buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes.
