Ingredients

  • 16 fluid ounces fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chipotle chiles in adobo
  • 3 fresh habanero peppers
  • 3 fresh red chili peppers

Method

  • Remove seeds and stems from Habanero and Red Chilli Peppers. Cut into quarters.
  • Place Habanero and Red Chilli Peppers in food processor with full contents of the Canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobe Sauce. Blend to desired consistency.
  • Add full contents of the jar of Fat Free Mayonnaise into food processor with the peppers. Blend.
  • Save for use in original Mayo Jar. There will be left-overs that will not fit.
