Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. basil
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 (12 oz.) cans roast beef with gravy
- 2 cans sliced, cooked potatoes
Method
- Combine the first 6 ingredients and cook about 10 minutes. Add the last 2 ingredients and heat thoroughly.
