Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3/4 cups Butter, Melted And Cooled
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 4 whole Over-ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
Method
- Combine dry ingredients (minus the sugar) in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, peel bananas and beat with wet ingredients and sugar to make a smooth banana cream.
- Fold in flour and dried cranberries.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and gently tap on counter to remove any bubbles.
- Place on center rack of stove and bake at 350F for an hour and 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool 15 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
