Ingredients
- 1/2 md. onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 dash pepper
Method
- In food processor or blender, chop onion finely.
- Add remaining ingredients and process 30 to 60 seconds until fairly smooth.
- Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
