Ingredients
- 1 bunch (1 1/2 lb.) broccoli, cut up or frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. golden corn soup (Campbell's)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- In 3-quart saucepan, combine broccoli and water.
- Over high heat, heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 8 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Stir occasionally; drain in colander.
