Ingredients
- 4 to 6 medium-size potatoes
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1/2 stick butter or oleo
- 1/2 medium-size onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Melt butter or oleo in large skillet.
- Saute onion and bell pepper until onion is translucent.
- Add sliced potatoes; cook until soft, but not mushy.
