- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 5 small garlic cloves, finely diced
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 15 oz. tomato soup
- 15 oz. tomatoes (stewed)
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Spice Islands spaghetti seasoning
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
Method
- Cook ground beef until brown.
- Add in and saute 1 large onion and garlic.
- Add to this tomato sauce, soup and stewed tomatoes, celery and remaining ingredients.
- Simmer slowly for 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti.
