Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 5 small garlic cloves, finely diced
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 15 oz. tomato soup
  • 15 oz. tomatoes (stewed)
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. Spice Islands spaghetti seasoning
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce

Method

  • Cook ground beef until brown.
  • Add in and saute 1 large onion and garlic.
  • Add to this tomato sauce, soup and stewed tomatoes, celery and remaining ingredients.
  • Simmer slowly for 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti.
