Ingredients
- 4 c. chicken, cooked and cut up
- 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice, cooked
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans French-style green beans, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole and bake.
- May add French fried onions on top the last 10 minutes. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
