Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 3/4 c. sugar, divided
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 3 egg whites
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Beat margarine and 1 1/2 cups sugar until fluffy.
- Add milk and egg whites.
- Beat again.
- Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
- Beat until well mixed.
- In a shallow dish, combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
