Ingredients
- 1 long loaf French or Italian bread
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
Method
- Cut bread lengthwise, but not all the way through.
- Soften butter and mix in parsley and green onion.
- Spread mixture in center of bread.
- Close bread and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Bake in a 400° oven for 10 minutes or until butter melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
- Serves 6.
