Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans Niblets corn
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small sour cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • Town House crackers

Method

  • Boil chicken breast and pull off bone.
  • Drain corn and put in bottom of pan, put chicken over corn, heat soup and sour cream together and pour over corn and chicken.
  • Crumble crackers over top, as many as you want (approximately 2 packages).
  • Melt butter and pour over and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
