- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cans Niblets corn
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- Town House crackers
Method
- Boil chicken breast and pull off bone.
- Drain corn and put in bottom of pan, put chicken over corn, heat soup and sour cream together and pour over corn and chicken.
- Crumble crackers over top, as many as you want (approximately 2 packages).
- Melt butter and pour over and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
