Ingredients

  • 4 thin-cut boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
  • 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
  • 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
  • 1/4 cup A.1. Smoky Black Pepper Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Method

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cook chicken in ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
  • on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  • Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except parsley.
  • Top chicken with tomato mixture.
  • Bake 6 to 8 min.
  • or until chicken is done and cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.
