Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice, 20 oz. can)
- 1 large orange Jell-O (6 oz.)
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. flaked coconut
Method
- Combine pineapple and Jell-O. Heat until Jell-O is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in buttermilk, coconut and pecans.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill until firm.
