Ingredients
- 8 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- hot, cooked wild rice
- Sweet Orange Sauce
Method
- Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter.
- Pour orange juice over chicken.
- Cover and bake at 350° for
- 1 hour. Serve over wild rice with sauce.
- Yields 8 servings.
