Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- noodles or rice
Method
- Brown meat, onion and garlic:
- drain off fat.
- Blend soup and milk: add to meat mixture and heat well.
- Reduce heat and carefully blend in sour cream.
- Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4.
