Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, tear into bite-sizes
- 1 head cauliflower (small pieces)
- 1 to 2 red onions, sliced
- 1 large pkg. frozen peas
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 large bottle Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. grated cheese
Method
- Layer vegetables in dish.
- Mix together dressing, mayonnaise and bacon.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Toss just before serving.
- Salad is better made 24 hours before serving.
