Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 pkg. chocolate chips or butterscotch chips
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda

Method

  • Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in bowl; add nuts.
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt in same bowl.
  • Batter will be stiff.
  • Grease pan or Pyrex dish and spread batter into it, then place package of chips on top of batter and press them in the batter a little.
  • Bake in oven at 325° for 30 minutes.
