Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 2/3 c. Wesson oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips or butterscotch chips
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Method
- Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in bowl; add nuts.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt in same bowl.
- Batter will be stiff.
- Grease pan or Pyrex dish and spread batter into it, then place package of chips on top of batter and press them in the batter a little.
- Bake in oven at 325° for 30 minutes.
