Ingredients
- 1 lb. large shrimp
- 2 tsp. salt
- thyme, peppercorns to taste
- 16 to 18 stuffed green olives
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- pepper to taste
Method
- Shell, devein shrimp and place in boiling salted and seasoned water.
- Boil until the shrimp turn pink.
- Drain and dice the shrimp.
- Dice the green olives.
- Combine all ingredients with mayonnaise.
- Season with pepper to taste.
- Serve with crackers, cocktail breads or spread in celery sticks.
