Ingredients
- 2 small boxes lemon Jell-O
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 c. 7-Up
- 1 c. diced apples
- 1 c. small marshmallows
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. mandarin oranges
- 2 c. bananas, cut up
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pkg. Cool Whip
- nuts
Method
- Combine the Jell-O with the hot water.
- Mix in the 7-Up.
- When partially jelled, add the apples, marshmallows, pineapple, oranges, bananas and 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
- When set top with the pudding mixed with milk.
- Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread over salad.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
