Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. diced raw cauliflower
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. curry
- 3 c. cooked chicken or shrimp
- 1 envelope Hidden Valley salad dressing mix
Method
- Mix first 6 items (leave raw).
- Boil chicken or shrimp with water and salad dressing mix.
- Mix all together and chill overnight.
