- 8 oz. cleaned shrimp
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. drained tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
Method
- Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, chili powder, curry powder, bay leaves and shrimp; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove bay leaves and serve.
