Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk, chilled
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. graham crackers
  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 1/2 stick oleo (optional)
  • 1/4 c. sugar (optional)

Method

  • Roll graham crackers into crumbs; next is optional, add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 stick melted oleo to graham crackers crumbs (save calories and fat just use graham crackers.)
  • Set these aside; make jello with 1 cup of boiling water only!
  • Set aside.
  • Whip can milk until airy, add sugar and cream cheese, blend until smooth.
  • Then fold in lemon jello.
  • Pour into graham crackers that were placed in full size 9 x 11-inch cake pan.
  • Sprinkle the top with a few graham cracker crumbs.
