Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. graham crackers
- 1 small pkg. lemon jello
- 1/2 stick oleo (optional)
- 1/4 c. sugar (optional)
Method
- Roll graham crackers into crumbs; next is optional, add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 stick melted oleo to graham crackers crumbs (save calories and fat just use graham crackers.)
- Set these aside; make jello with 1 cup of boiling water only!
- Set aside.
- Whip can milk until airy, add sugar and cream cheese, blend until smooth.
- Then fold in lemon jello.
- Pour into graham crackers that were placed in full size 9 x 11-inch cake pan.
- Sprinkle the top with a few graham cracker crumbs.
