- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 lb. sausage
- 3 slices crumbled bread
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 2 slices bacon
Method
- Break up meat into bowl.
- Set aside.
- Make bread crumbs in blender. Mix with milk.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, celery salt, garlic salt, pepper and sage. Add this mixture to meat.
