Ingredients
- 3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can chicken with rice soup
- 1 c. (7.5 oz.) crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1 c. (4.5 oz.) shrimp, drained
- 1/4 c dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. instant dry onion
Method
- In skillet, brown rice with butter.
- Add mushrooms with liquid and remaining ingredients.
- Add 1/4 cup water.
- Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake, covered, for 55 minutes at 350°.
- Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes and fluff with fork.
- Serves 6.
