Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can chicken with rice soup
  • 1 c. (7.5 oz.) crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 1 c. (4.5 oz.) shrimp, drained
  • 1/4 c dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. instant dry onion

Method

  • In skillet, brown rice with butter.
  • Add mushrooms with liquid and remaining ingredients.
  • Add 1/4 cup water.
  • Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake, covered, for 55 minutes at 350°.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes and fluff with fork.
  • Serves 6.
