Ingredients

  • 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. bourbon
  • 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned
  • bell pepper chunks
  • onion wedges

Method

  • Mix salad dressing mix, oil, vinegar, bourbon, Creole seasoning and hot pepper sauce until well blended.
  • Pour over shrimp and vegetables; cover.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Drain; discard dressing mixture.
  • Arrange shrimp and vegetables on skewers.
  • Place on greased grill over medium-hot coals.
  • Grill 5 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning once.
