Ingredients
- white meat, 1 c. per person
- onion
- garlic
- salt
- bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- paprika
- small can drained mushrooms
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Simmer chicken with onion, garlic, salt and bay leaf until tender.
- Save stock.
- In heavy pan melt butter and add flour, make roux.
- Add paprika and slowly add about 2 cups of the stock and mushrooms.
- Slowly add cut up pieces of cooked chicken and sour cream.
- Serve over thin spaghetti or rice.
