Ingredients
- 3 1/2 to 4 lb. roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pouch dry onion soup mix
- 6 potatoes, quartered
- 6 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- In a crock-pot, place roast, cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and 1 cup water.
- Cover and simmer on high 5 hours, turning occasionally.
- Add vegetables.
- Cover and cook another hour or until vegetables are fork-tender.
- Remove roast and vegetables to platter.
