Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice
- 2 pkg. Equal
- 3 oz. sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
- 1 small low-fat cottage cheese
- 8 oz. lite Cool Whip
Method
- Take your can of pineapple plus your juice plus your 2 packages Equal.
- Heat and bring to a boil.
- Then add your pack of Jell-O.
- Then let cool.
- Add your cottage cheese.
- Mix well.
- Fold in 8 ounces lite Cool Whip.
