Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. Lawry's taco spices and seasonings
- 1/4 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. chunky salsa
Method
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except salsa; blend well.
- Form into 1-inch balls.
- In large skillet, brown meatballs on all sides; drain fat.
- Add salsa to skillet.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
