Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. Lawry's taco spices and seasonings
  • 1/4 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. chunky salsa

Method

  • In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except salsa; blend well.
  • Form into 1-inch balls.
  • In large skillet, brown meatballs on all sides; drain fat.
  • Add salsa to skillet.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
