Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Smucker's(R) Apricot Preserves
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard prepared
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon gingerroot grated fresh
Method
- COMBINE preserves, mustard, soy sauce, vinegar and gingerroot in medium microwave-safe bowl; mix well.
- MICROWAVE on HIGH 30 seconds or until warm. Stir. Serve over grilled pork, chicken or ham or use as a dipping sauce with appetizers.
