Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. pitted Bing cherries
- 1 pkg. orange jello
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 3 oz. bottle sliced stuffed olives
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
Method
- Drain cherries, reserving liquid.
- Combine cherry syrup, lemon juice and enough water to make 1 3/4 cups liquid. Heat.
- Pour over jello and stir until dissolved.
- Chill until partially set.
- Add cherries, nuts and olives.
- Pour into mold.
- May also be chilled in a shallow pan and cut into squares.
- Serve on crisp lettuce with mayonnaise.
