Ingredients
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 whole eggs
- 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crumbled
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavor
Method
- Cream oleo and sugar; add 1 egg at a time until 6 have been added.
- Put all other ingredients in with the pecans being last. Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes at 250°.
