Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. tomatoes, chopped
- 5 hot peppers (jalapeno)
- 2 onions
- 1 whole bulb garlic
- 10 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cumin (whole seed)
- 15 tsp. white vinegar
Method
- Simmer 3 to 4 hours. Pack in hot jars and place in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
