Ingredients
- 4 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. milk
- 8 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. mild sausage
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
Method
- Cut margarine into Bisquick; add milk.
- Mix well.
- Roll out on floured board.
- Roll out 1/8-inch thick rectangle.
- Mix sausage and spread on rectangle.
- At this point, you can put grated cheese.
- Roll jelly roll fashion; wrap in waxed paper, then foil. Keep frozen.
- When ready to use, slice 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
- Good for brunch.
