Ingredients

  • 4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. milk
  • 8 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 lb. mild sausage
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)

Method

  • Cut margarine into Bisquick; add milk.
  • Mix well.
  • Roll out on floured board.
  • Roll out 1/8-inch thick rectangle.
  • Mix sausage and spread on rectangle.
  • At this point, you can put grated cheese.
  • Roll jelly roll fashion; wrap in waxed paper, then foil. Keep frozen.
  • When ready to use, slice 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
  • Good for brunch.
