Ingredients
- 1 qt. squash
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
- 1/4 c. milk
- 8 oz. Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
Method
- Boil squash in small amount of water until tender. Saute onion in oleo. Mix 1/2 Ritz crumbs, cheese, milk, smashed squash and sauteed onions. Stir to blend. Place in casserole dish (greased). Crumble 1/2 tube Ritz and place on top. Bake at 350° uncovered until slightly browned.
