Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. fresh shrimp
- Louisiana shrimp boil seasoning or similar brand
Method
- Place enough water in a pan so that it will cover shrimp.
- Add seasoning.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add shrimp; boil for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Turn off heat; let stand 15 minutes.
- The longer it stands, the spicier it will be.
- Drain.
- Pack in ice.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Peel, eat and enjoy.
