Ingredients
- 1 roast
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans water
Method
- Line 9 x 13-inch pan with large piece of aluminum foil. Place roast on foil; sprinkle with

- soup.
- Mix mushroom soup with water.
- Pour over roast.
- Place
- another
- piece
- of foil over top and seal edges well.
- Bake
- in preheated 325° to 350°
- for
- 1 hour per pound or until
- done.
- Remove
- roast
- to platter and gravy into gravy dish.
