  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans water

Method

  • Line 9 x 13-inch pan with large piece of aluminum foil. Place roast on foil; sprinkle with

  • Mix mushroom soup with water.
  • Pour over roast.
  • Place

  • of foil over top and seal edges well.
  • Bake
  • in preheated 325° to 350°
  • for
  • 1 hour per pound or until
  • done.
  • Remove

  • to platter and gravy into gravy dish.
