- 1/2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. canned kidney beans
- 1 large bunch celery, chopped
- 2 large onions
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. tomato catsup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Brown meat and add tomato soup, water and kidney beans.
- Add celery, onions and green pepper.
- Add sauces.
- Bake in oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Makes a very large casserole.
