- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 c. quick-cook rice
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Brown sausage. Break into pieces and drain well. Add other ingredients and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly with slight browning around the edges.
