Ingredients
- Tomato Sauce (recipe follows)
- lasagna noodles
- 3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
Method
- Make tomato sauce.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to directions; drain.
- Place in layers in 13 x 9-inch oblong pan, beginning and ending with tomato sauce.
- Layer sauce, single layer of noodles and a mixture of last 6 ingredients.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
- Let stand 15 minutes.
- Cut in squares and serve with meatballs, if desired.
- Serves 6 to 8.
