Ingredients
- 3 oz. light Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. low-fat milk
- 2 c. Cool Whip lite, thawed
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat cheese, sugar and milk until well blended.
- Fold in Cool Whip and vanilla.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Use to dip cookies, cake cubes, fresh fruit, pretzel sticks, etc.
- Approximately 6 calories per teaspoon.
