Ingredients
- potatoes, peeled and diced in large chunks
- 1 large onion, peeled and diced
- about 1 lb. sausage, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can peas (optional)
- pinch of salt, pepper, parsley and other spices (if desired)
Method
- Put the potatoes, onion and sausage into casserole.
- Add the soup.
- A can of peas may be added.
- Add the salt, pepper, parsley and other spices, if desired.
- Cover and bake at 325° for 2 to 3 hours.
- Can also use ham, chicken or turkey.
