Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. crushed thin pretzels
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
- 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
Method
- Mix 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels with sugar and butter.
- Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes and cool.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
- Pat onto cooled crust.
- Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water and 1/2 cold water. Add strawberries.
- Refrigerate.
- When this mixture begins to gel, spoon over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate until set.
