Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. chuck or stew meat
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 can tomato paste
- 2 c. water
Method
- Cut meat into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Brown in large pan in oil.
- Mix tomato paste, onion soup mix and water together.
- Pour in pan with meat.
- Cover and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
