Ingredients
- 1 lb. Italian sausage (hot or sweet)
- 1 large onion
- 2 large green peppers
- 2 tomatoes (ripe)
Method
- In a large skillet, saute sausage (first, prick with fork) for approximately 10 minutes.
- Remove fat; place in baking pan.
- Seed and core peppers; cut into 1-inch strips.
- Peel and slice onion. Dice tomatoes.
- Place sausage, peppers, onion, tomatoes, salt and pepper in pan; bake in a 350° oven for approximately 1 hour.
