Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped chives
- 1/3 c. cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
Method
- Cream butter, cheese and salt.
- Blend in sour cream, chives and cucumber.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
- To serve, pour sauce over cooked vegetables while still hot.
