Ingredients
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese (farmer style)
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Use loaf pan.
- Slice Jack cheese and layer bottom of pan with 1/2 of Jack cheese.
- Add 1/2 of spinach to cheese, add cottage cheese then rest of spinach.
- Add remaining Jack cheese slices on top.
