Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/8 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Method
- Mix all the ingredients until obtaining a batter without lumps.
- Heat a non-sticking frying pan for crepes on medium heat, and moisten with a little butter. or oil.
- Pour the batter into the skillet so that it just covers the bottom, and let it brown on both sides. Repeat until all the batter is used.
- Serve with caramel syrup, a scoop of strawberry ice cream inside the crepe, and very fresh red fruits.
