Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/8 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients until obtaining a batter without lumps.
  • Heat a non-sticking frying pan for crepes on medium heat, and moisten with a little butter. or oil.
  • Pour the batter into the skillet so that it just covers the bottom, and let it brown on both sides. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  • Serve with caramel syrup, a scoop of strawberry ice cream inside the crepe, and very fresh red fruits.
